Increase cases of measles
Measles can spread to other people easily.
Patients who have an appointment to come into the practice should not attend if they have:
- a fever and a rash; with
- cold symptoms;
- or a cough;
- or red, sore eyes (conjunctivitis)
Please contact the surgery and one of our clinicians will call you back.

Dear Patients,
Please note that we are improving our patient software and online services.
You may recall that, as a result of patient feedback, we made changes to enable improved access and choices within our New Addington GP Practices, and this included giving you the choice to access either of our GP Practice sites in Croydon.
Further to this work, our clinical systems are now merging to improve our operations. We want to reassure you that there will be no changes to the way in which we deliver care to you, this is simply to improve our operations.
If you are registered for Online Patient Services (Patient Access) please note that the current service will be offline from Friday 19 January until Monday 22 January 2018. Usual service will resume on Tuesday 23 January 2018.
Please note: Fieldway Medical Centre
If you are a patient registered initially at Fieldway Medical Centre and you access Online Patient Services, we will need to re-register you for online patient services under the new system. We will be proactively reaching out to you to do this, if you have any issues please contact us on fieldway.practice@gp.h83046.sthames.nhs.uk. Thank you for your patience whilst the change is in progress.
